About
Karina Ryan
Hi there. I'm Karina, an ADHD Life Coach. I possess not only a professional understanding of ADHD's challenges, but I also have plenty of lived experience as a late diagnosed woman with ADHD and mom to several children with ADHD. In fact, I spent many years parenting kids with ADHD before I, myself, was diagnosed. Talk about plot twist! I've been passionate about understanding ADHD for nearly two decades. My own diagnosis kicked that interest into hyperdrive.

As an ADHD Life Coach I am passionate about supporting clients through the exciting process of self awareness, acceptance and goal oriented action. As you embrace the wholeness of who you truly are, we can get down to the business of understanding the unique way your brain works so that you can create positive, sustainable changes in your life. I seriously can't wait to get started!

Beyond spending time with our busy blended family of six kids (5 are teens - buckle up!), I live for the outdoors, especially if it involves hiking with my husband and our dogs.
I'm a sucker for road trips, lighting that's "just right", charming coffee shops, exploring new places, and spaces I can organize.
I get lost in good books, true crime and biographical docuseries, and house projects.
I'll take going deep over small talk any day of the week, I'm completely smitten by both sunrise and sunset, and I relish the Herculean energy I experience when in a hyperfocus.
