I'm Karina Ryan, an ADHD Life Coach. 

I'm so glad you're here. 

​​​Here's the bad news. I am not the expert. I don't have all the answers. But, wait. There's good news, too. YOU do. YOU have all the answers. YOU are the expert. Seriously, you are. You always have been. You just didn't know it.

 

My job is to help uncover the expert within you and put that deep knowledge to work. This journey is a partnership, a true collaboration.

Together, in a safe space where you can share your experience without judgement, we will discover what has been standing in your way and bridge the gap between knowledge and action.

Frankly, living with ADHD can be really difficult. But often, it's not about trying harder - it's about creating spaces and systems that work with you and your unique brain, not against you.

There is nothing about you that needs to be "fixed". You are already whole. You deserve to live a life with less frustration and more ease . Together we'll take a look at those self defeating thoughts. â€‹

I'll guide you in accepting and understanding that brain of yours so that you can live a more fulfilling life. We will dig into your strengths (believe me, you've got 'em) so that step by step, you can develop new skills that bring tangible results. And with those tangible results, a new sense of confidence and accomplishment.

As you learn to access who you truly are, you will have the opportunity to build satisfying and meaningful relationships with those around you.
